A quieter kind of luxury
Invita scalp services may include topical products, oils, exfoliation, cleansing, massage, water, heat, steam, light-based devices or other scalp and hair-care procedures. Participation in the selected treatment is voluntary.
Skin and scalp sensitivity varies. A treatment can cause temporary irritation, redness, itching, tenderness, discomfort, allergic reaction, dryness, shedding or other unexpected responses. Individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Before treatment, please tell your therapist about known allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin concerns, medications or procedures that may affect treatment, recent chemical services, extensions, open wounds, infections, or any other information relevant to safe service.
Please ask questions before treatment if anything is unclear. By proceeding with a service after receiving the applicable treatment information and waiver, you confirm that you have had an opportunity to ask questions and make an informed decision about receiving the service.
Invita may require guests to accept a separate treatment waiver or consent form through the booking process or at the spa. Any release of claims, dispute-resolution provision, media consent or other legal term is governed by the specific document you accept, not by this website summary alone.
Policy review note
The current Invita website contains a treatment waiver with legal release and dispute-resolution language. Those provisions should be transferred only after legal review so the final Shopify version matches Invita's intended enforceable waiver and applicable state law.
