Welcome to Invita Head Spa. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Invita Head Spa website, online store, products, digital services and related website features.

1. About Invita Head Spa
Invita Head Spa provides Japanese-inspired scalp and hair wellness treatments at multiple locations in the United States and offers selected retail products, memberships and gift cards.
Our website provides information about our treatments, locations, products and other services and may allow customers to purchase eligible products, memberships or gift cards.
Spa appointments may be completed through an independent booking platform. Additional booking, cancellation, deposit or treatment terms presented during the appointment-booking process may also apply.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported third-party payment providers. Invita Head Spa does not directly store complete payment-card information.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you, cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
5. Orders
Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
We may decline, limit or cancel an order because of inventory availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, listing errors or another legitimate business reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method unless another legally permitted arrangement has been agreed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders requiring physical shipment are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect addresses, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Eligible returns, refunds and order-cancellation requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible physical products may generally be requested for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.
Cancellation requests may be submitted until the applicable item has been fulfilled.

Individual results may vary. Invita Head Spa does not guarantee specific cosmetic, hair-growth, scalp-health or wellness outcomes.
Customers are responsible for disclosing relevant allergies, sensitivities, scalp concerns, recent procedures and other information requested before treatment.
Treatment-specific acknowledgements, policies or waivers may apply separately.

10. Memberships
Membership benefits are subject to the terms presented at enrollment or purchase.
Membership offerings may include eligible treatment discounts, product discounts, birthday benefits and other promotional benefits.
Membership availability, benefits and promotional offers may be updated where permitted, with appropriate notice when required.
Membership benefits have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
11. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be offered digitally or through participating Invita Head Spa locations.
Gift cards are subject to the conditions communicated at purchase and applicable law.
Gift cards cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Lost, stolen or unauthorized-use gift cards may be subject to limitations on replacement.
12. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, location restrictions, product exclusions, minimum-purchase requirements or other conditions disclosed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined.
